Workshop Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation by Participant
Workshop fees are non-refundable if a participant cancels.
Instead of a refund, participants who cannot attend will be offered the option to join one of the following workshops of the same type or transfer to another available workshop.
Cancellation by Organizer
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshop if the number of registered participants is fewer than 3.
If the workshop is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of the workshop fee.
If the workshop was purchased with a 20% discount together with the 3 private sessions package, only the workshop fee may be refunded in the event of organizer’s cancellation. The private sessions remain valid and can be scheduled at any convenient time for the participant.
Changes in Schedule (Organizer-Initiated)
In the event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances requiring a change in the workshop schedule, alternative options will be offered to accommodate participants’ availability.
If a participant is unable to attend the rescheduled session(s), they may choose to:
Participate in one of the future workshops of the same type,
Transfer their registration to an alternative workshop offered by the organizer, or
Receive an additional private session in place of one missed group session.
Additional Notes
No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or missed sessions.
The organizer is committed to ensuring all participants receive the full value of the workshop, either through attendance at the original event, rescheduled sessions, or participation in a future/alternative workshop.
